Blue Olive Farms is owned and operated by Ross P. Vincent and A.J. Vincent. The farm is located ten miles east of Johnson City in Blanco County, Texas, in the charming Central Texas Hill Country. The property overlooks the Pedernales River Valley, with its large olive tree and blue agave fields. Ross Vincent founded the farm late in 2008, with the vision of making Texas-grown olive oil and Texas-produced Agave Liquor.
